Thursday, November 15, 2007 hey hey! today damn high!!! feels great after the whole training. though QUITE tired? *evil grins* i am so proud of u all today!! yayys! Sec1s: today took you all for tentage.. u all damn cute la. the tent haven even pegged down den put fly sheet over -_- some funnier, dun have enough pegs den DECIDED not to peg imagine u are at UG camp, slping in that tent.. tink wont hold for long -_-! and u all lik totally exceed for half hour or so?!! but i can understand la.. today u all first time during training do tentage ma.. so NOT BAD! but footdrill for today rite, haix.. ask u all dun follow track den u all still follow den ask u all lock ur arms oso didnt lock haix.. i tink u all did better yesterday the bang reali quite loud and uniform all thanks to YAN TONG's shoes tink we shld reali ask everyone buy that shoes? haha.. and all of u de timing not bad, but commanding need to be more confident.. u all always appear to be quite unconfident and soft if u reali did memorise, den dun be afraid i NOE U ALL CAN DE! we are from UG and footdrill is the most basic skill tat we shld master hope sat's footdrill will show some improvement(: Sec2s: wahaha.. so funny take u all footdrill rmb YEESING during the satu dua satu dua? hahahahha.. i reali wanna control not to laugh de. I REALI TRIED. but i am sorry to say i still laughed.. haha.. but tat day rite, i dun tink peijue will laugh la.. so u all cannot laugh too! and try to be more serious.. MAYBE beryl take u all tat time u all REALI DIDNT laugh (still cant believe it) but that day reali must be damn serious ok.. footdrill is a serious matter, cant take it as a joke today oso saw alot ppl at there trying not to laugh. ( am i reali tat funny?) if not den u all siao ah? keep laughing.. and when u are mdm rite, when ppl ask u for permission, dun jus OKOK:D but say permission granted today reali see u all putting in effort thank you and reali VERY GOOD. i mean it not only the jerk very nice, the bang oso quite uniform but u all have to work harder for kakanan lutlus and follow timing carefully during marching rite, cos some timing sometimes fast sometimes slow, den make it very difficult for u all to catch it but as long as u all concentrate on wat u doing, listen to command and follow timing, everything shld be alrite as well as not smiling at me tell u all many times le. i smile at u rite, u all CANNOT smile back den still got ppl smile back -_- and dun give tat stunned look anymore can? -> :O change of IC den jus act very calm and take up the position! not as if u all cant! Sec3s: today quite fun though dunno breathe in lik dunno how much smoke -_- at least we got boil the water!! wahaha.. I ENJOY THE TOILET CLEANING TOO(: all thanks to yuling ah -_- pls wash at the drain next time! i tink the cleaner tat auntie ANTI us lor.. haha.. and footdrill was quite fun though i didnt take it seriously.. but today got the chance to time and the feeling's wonderful missed it very much, reali. i dun reali lik to command.. very scared to land on wrong leg den PPL WILL STARE AND SHOUT OH YIMIN COMMANDER SO LOUSY! haix.. i noe.. but i tink i onli lik to time.. mayb there's other ppl more suitable to command.. and sec3s do u all want to have training in dec? i tink our footdrill not reali as good as b4 we dun jerk as well as the sec2s den dun bang as loud as the sec1s -_- or is it today too little ppl? but can see tat today got sec3s trying very hard to be a good commander.. so GOOD! we must set a good example! wahaha.. and our firelighting today quite ermm... used lots of wood and matchsticks and if u all have nth to do rite, dun just sit there and rest ok? there's work to do or ask wat u can do and we can always rest all we want after clearing up.. we always tell the juniors nth to do den fall in.. but i tink we shld reali improve on our attitude and make sure we can do it first before we say others.. yea.. so we will work hard tgt and make sure we do it! we can de sec3s! dun slack off! we still have one more year and one last year to work hard for guides! if we ourselves dun reali seem to care, who will even bother den? it's because we are sec3s and seniors, we shld do even more things for guides rite?! and not thinking of slacking and everything i noe alot sec3s trying ur best! i noe who u are! but there's jus a minority not trying their very best.. so if some can, den i believe all shld rmb wat i say today? for each component of the test, even if only 1 person fail, the whole level will have to retake together. this same goes for leading guides as well all of us play a part. there's no point for some to try so hard and others onli care abt themselves we are GUIDES we are in the same COMPANY we are all here because we want guides to improve, to be even better, and to excel favourite line agn -_-: we CAN do it and we WILL do it yimin & good luck for test u all can de! |
