Sunday, May 31, 2009 hey guides! sorry i posted so late. the people doing the initiative: year one to year two guides (year 4s n 3s don't have to do :D) they will get into groups of 4-5 to do. task:make anything suitable for children (aged 5-10) to read (books) or play with (toys). it's preferable to use recycled materials but it's not compulsory. please put in effort as we are going to DONATE these books. dateline: 1st week when school reopens. what we are going to do with the things:donate to orphanages or family centres... Meet at 655, at the tentage area. The rest of the company, remember to stay back after the entire event, and assemble at the tentage to receive your consent form for holiday activities. Eunice. Thursday, May 14, 2009  Monday, May 11, 2009 Hey Guides, Just a few announcements. First up will be Camp Challenge. We'll need 8 participants from the sec3s and sec4s, the camp will be held on the 1st week of june. Its basically a camp where your camping skills will be put to test, eg. gadget making, tentage, etc. We will provide you with more information on friday. Sec3s you will be excused from campfire prep on friday so that tingxiang and qiuyan can test you on your skills. Secondly, all campfire comm I/Cs, please remember to plan stuff for you comm to do, because we will be having campfire prep on friday. Thirdly, just a reminder to all about your interests badge, the deadline is nearing so please get it done quickly. If you have any doubts please approach the TCs asap okay!
