Wednesday, September 19, 2012 Hello dear Guides, West Division Campfire- themed Hula Hula Night :)- is coming up after our EOY season! We are going to be co-planning this campfire together with Zhenghua Sec, Henry Park Primary, and Rulang Primary. We are in-charge of the Gateway and the Games for the campfire. As the planning for these comms need to be done mostly during the EOY season, our sister Y2 and Y3 Guides on FES and PES will be in-charge as they will have more time on their hands ^^ This is the West Div Campfire Committee: OI/C: Yu Jia Gateway Committee I/C: Yi Yan and Tammy Members: Wan Zhyi and Angelene Games Committee I/C: Wei Shan and Rachel Members: Madeline, Yang Xue and Pearlwin For these 2 comms, details will be sent to your emails. Look out for it :) Even though these 2 comms are in-charge of planning, but after our EOYs, we can go and lend them a helping hand too (especially for Gateway)! :) Each company is allowed to send 15 Guides over. With the 10 committee members in the quota, we have 5 more places left. Inform your PLs ASAP by Thursday 10pm if you would like to attend Hula Hula Night ^^ Details are as follows:

Hi Guides,
The end of the year is approaching and that's also the time when we do our 30hrs of CIP/Service Learning to contribute back to the society! :)
These are the groupings and note that each group consist of guides from different patrols. Therefore, this is a good chance and opportunity to interact more with other guides outside usual cca acts!
Details have already been passed down to the group leaders by email and group leaders, so please contact your group asap.
Leaders, do remember to submit your proposal on time.
Punk Collection for October Camp
Thursday, September 13, 2012 Hello Guides! As you all know, we will be having a training camp on 19th to 21st October, and the following are the quantity of the punk to be collected for the camp. Year 1s:

*The bags are of the size of a normal NTUC plastic bag.
Level ICs, please take charge and split the job among your level.
Collect the punk during your free time, and of course, you can pick them after your EOYs but please take note that the punk has too be completely dry or it wouldn't light up for outdoor cooking.
Meanwhile, all the best for your EOY revision! Remember to get enough rest too :)

Your individual cookie order list is with the PLs so you girls don't need to worry about forgetting who ordered what ^^ Oh and do take note that on friday, there is NO specific attire when you all fall in.
