Health is very important, remember to have a full breakfast (don't eat too much or else you might vomit ><)before coming down, and wiggle your toes during the national day message or announcements to ensure there is blood circulation so that you all won't feel giddy or unwell
But please don't 逞强 if you are sick or feeling unwell, just let me know! Don't think that it's alright and it's a small problem, if untreated, any small problem might become a big problem.
Please fall in at 6.30am at hall, there will be a stage extension, so fall in on the right hand side (facing the stage) of the hall beside the stage extension.
We will not be marching in or having march past if it rains, we will only be doing stationary drills.
I will be sending you guys a pictorial representation of the wet weather plan as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your Full U is up to standard tmr, make sure you polish your trefoil, iron your beret etc.

We are never alone.
Please wake up. I'm not demoralizing you guys just one day before the rehearsal or anything, but really, wake up.
You guys are working as one contingent, one team, and not one person.
When you all time as a whole UG for the first 2 rehearsals, who were you all timing for? Are you all just timing for the sake of doing it? Because we say that you all have to? There is a reason why we had to time just now, it's not just timing for your own benefit, it's for everyone of us in the whole NDP UG contingents.
I heard many people shouting their lungs out when they time, while there's a few of you just time softly.
It's about whether you all put in effort.
These past rehearsals, I have heard people singing as loud as they can be, shouting as loud as they can be, while there's a few of you who are not even shouting.
Think about it, your fellow sisters are screaming their lungs out and yet some of you are so selfish and only care about yourself? what about those who put in their heart and soul in the trainings? Those few of you who just care about yourself, you know who you are. Please look at the people around you in the contingent, your fellow guides have to shout even louder and make up for you just because you don't even try.
Stop being self centered, spare a thought for those who have been putting in effort and doing their best all these weeks of preparations.
Just because of one of you who don't care about your sisters, the efforts of those who worked hard went down the drain just like that. It's not fair for those who have worked hard while some of you just don't treat NDP seriously.
Tomorrow is the day, I hope every one of you will buck up and always look out for one another. I also wish that you all will reflect upon your behavior and attitude these past weeks, and march with pride tomorrow.
We are one contingent, every single one of you is important. Be proud as a guide, we can do it as one contingent.

HEY GUIDES! :) It's finally NDP tomorrow, the parade that all of you have been practising so hard for! :) Here's a reminder for the ndp contingent to fall in in front of the grandstand at 6.30am sharp and please don't be late. Make sure that your full u is up to standard (polish trefoil, iron scarf, wear canvas shoes etc.). Some things to take note of will be to coordinate your armswings with the person next to you, and remember to align! (It's really obvious from the sides if you guys are aligned or not) So many weeks of rehearsals and effort put in boils down to tomorrow's performance and do put in your 101% for the parade tomorrow! :) The whole school will be watching so we must show how zai rv guides is ok! NDP is only once every year so do your best and I'm sure you will feel a sense of accomplishment seeing your hard work pay off tomorrow. Keep calm and march on :) RV GUIDES WE CAN DO IT! Monday, August 5, 2013 As we are following Thursday's timetable tomorrow, there will be NO CCA except for the NDP participants who are involved in the NDP parade rehearsal tomorrow. NDP participants, please fall in with your waterbottles in P.E Attire at the grandstand at 4.10pm sharp. Ps. Those with extra lessons or CID that is outside school, you dont have to give us excuse letters for not being able to make it for the rehearsal tomorrow but please take the initiative to inform Janice in advance. Firstly, for NDP participants, please look out for Janice's mail regarding the emcee script with the commands. Please read the email and do take note of the changes. Pls ask Janice if you have any queries asap.
Secondly, this is an announcement from Eilace regarding the VIA/Service Learning Project.
This is the time of the year when all of us have to commit 30 hours to serving our community! :)
This year, the groupings are done separately; COY 1 and COY 2. Please take note of the group you are in.
For Group Leaders
An email has been with the necessary documents and details. Please contact your group members ASAP, and collate the dates that all of you are free. There are deadlines indicated in the email, please strictly adhere to them and do not be late.
Please take note that you are highly encouraged to work with NON-PROFIT organisations and not organisations such as kindergartens, since it will not be as meaningful in terms of truly serving the community. :)
