Wednesday, December 30, 2009 hi guides, thank you very much for helping out today. and very sorry, because I thought it would be only 1 hour max, but in the end, it ended very late, very sorry abt that. And i think u guys did a good job (^-^) ...*applause*...even though I still see some ppl slacking around. next, this announcement is regarding the big walk thing. the attire for all guides on duty would be RVHS big walk shirt and school blue skirt. these are the ppl who are in for big walk duty. We will be meeting at 8am at the canteen, but it won't last very long, I think less than an hour. Attire will be 2nd u and school blue skirt (not in ug parade) for sec 2s and 3s. For sec 1s, u dont have 2nd u, so just wear ur pe shirt, like what u wear for normal acts (not in ug parade). For those in ug parade, just wear guides shirt and same blue skirt as today for sec 2s and 3s. Then pe shirt and same blue skirt for sec 1s. Oh ya, anyone who hasn't hand in ur consent form for ug parade, pls hand it in tml to me!! U're late by 2 days already! If u don't have the consent form or something, u can look for me. =) The reason for coming to school, is because the school needs our help in moving chairs. Then, this would be a very good chance for us to earn points for PNA, to get gold. Because we need to hand in the PNA form soon, this would be our last chance to gain any more points. So, pls come tml and help out. Only those who are overseas or sick can be excused from this. It will start at 8am until about lunch time. We will be meeting around the canteen and track area. The attire will be half u, bring ur hat along, just in case. rmb to bring everything needed, i dont wanna see anybody forgetting to bring belt or anything else. Date: 13 December 2009, Sunday Time: Stallleaders- 0830-1630 (8 CIP hours) Others- 0930-1630 (7 CIP hours) Venue: SWAMI Home, No. 5 Sembawang walk Attire: School PE shirt and Blue skirt There will be no transport provided throughout the activity. Guides have to make their own way there and fall in at 0930 at the Porch. Nearest MRT Station: Sembawang MRT How to go: After alighting at Sembawang MRT, take bus no. 856 to sembawang shopping ctr SWAMI Home is on the slope opposite it. For more info, check the net. Please be clear of your shifts (3 shifts in total) and stall you're tending as you will be required to fall in according to your shifts and stall no. those who are not tending the stall for a certain shift will volunteer at other areas and engage in act such as giving out flyers and guiding the crowd. you'll need to return to your stall once your shift starts. that's all for now, contact me at 81769193 if you have any queries see you there! sirui:) Sunday, December 6, 2009 Ohkay guides listen up! (: Here are the details for the big walk. Those involved please take note. Also, the bigwalk consent form will be uploaded here soon. So please be responsible enough to get your parents to sign. ATTIRE: Guides polo tee plus school blue skirt MEETING VENUE: Meet at your duty place itself. Do not need to report to school first. Duty allocation:  First names are ICs of each place. Yiyao will be the overall IC. All ICs will need to be responsible for their members and report attendance to Yiyao (via sms/call).
