This also applies when the national anthem is being played. If you are having act when it is played, please stop all activities at once and stand at attention facing the flag.

For the NDP participants, please note that for the next few NDP rehearsals, the PC or the RSM will blow the whistle to signal flag raising or flag lowering, so be alert at all times and stand at attention when you hear the whistle. I will brief you all the details asap once I receive it.

Please take note that we will jerk our arms at "Ba" of Baris Sedia so that it will be more coordinated, but please be alert at all times so that you will not lag behind. 

As for the belok, please note that you have to compact as a whole contingent and turn as a single file. If you are unsure of the alignment of the row, you can look left and right with the corner of your eye, but please be confident and don't do it so often as it will look like you are uncertain of what to do.

Finally, there will be no recollections or singing of My People My Home for both Boon Lay CC Observance Ceremony and the school NDP Parade.

All the best for Friday! It is our very last rehearsal before the Boon Lay CC Observance Ceremony so please treat it seriously and take this final chance to improve your marching and belok. Let's work hard and learn from any mistakes

On a side note, for those who are involved in NDP please take note of the following pointers.

Please do practice your marching and posture at home or at school with others if possible, as we have limited time during act to rehearse.

Also, do put in more energy and force when you march. If you are not sure whether you are already jerking your arms, you can ask your levelmates to help you take a look, or the seniors too. 

Posture is important too as it portrays the image of Guides to the others, so do take note that you have to stand straight, 抬头挺胸, look at something above your eye level, look smart and maintain the posture at all times, including marching and when you march on the spot. 

Be alert at all times, especially for the Baris Sedia command, and the drum beats. As for the signal to start marching, it will be two set of continuous drum beats, so after the second set, immediately the whole contingent will have to start marching. 

Please take note that 3rd August will be the Boon Lay CC Observance ceremony, and on 30th July, there will be people from the Boon Lay CC and RC coming down. 

Please put in your 200% effort for the trainings, and all the best for tomorrow! 

Just one guide alone can affect the whole contingent, and it takes just one to make a difference. We are marching as a contingent, as a team, we are not marching alone.  I'm sure if everyone of you put in effort, we can certainly improve and march well :) You guys have improved, but there's still room for improvement. There's no limit for improvement, there is no such thing as being the Best for marching, there's Perseverance and Determination. With perseverance and determination, I am sure that we can reach greater heights :) I believe in every single one of you, let's work hard and make RVGG proud! :)
