Wednesday, January 30, 2008 Year 3 and year 4s, im really sorry if tuesday's footdrill training was really too harsh. really we had no intention to like torture u guys or anything ok. we were strict coz we wanted to see the standard of guides footdrill improve. we really dun want to see other UGs laugh at us tt's why we trained and pushed u guys so hard. like when we marched infront of NCC girls den they juz said tt our footdrill was down right lousy right in our faces. so we didn't want to see other UGs saying we are slack or not up to standard so we wanted to improve our standard. furthermore, all of us are like seniors in the company now so if our own skills are bad den how are we going to train the juniors next time. they'll be saying tt since our skills are not even up to standard we shouldn't even have the right to train them. so now while we still have time and the chance to practice we must really work very hard to improve our own skills. if u all are really very tired u can raise the issue to us so that we can let u guys rest for a longer time before starting again. i know all of u are not used to having like almost 3hrs of footdrill at one go, so im really sorry if we pushed u all too hard. but for subsequent acts pls try your best to endure the training coz the following acts planned are really quite rigourous in skills training. I know we can all bring up our standards tremendously if we all strive to do it, and in future i will try my best to understand how u guys feel (like if training is too tough then we will have more breaks) ok. so let's all jia you together!!!
