Tuesday, September 9, 2008 HEY GUIDES! There will be an initiative at a PAP at buona vista on 26 Sept. We will be celebrating children's day for the children there. Below is the programme flow there 1430 – 1510 (40minutes) Sec2 and 3s campfire item Sec1s song item Sundance/All for one and community singing Guides from all the 3levels will be putting up exciting dance and song performances for the kids to enjoy, followed by mass dance (Sundance or All for one) and community singing where they can also take part and have fun in. 1510 – 1610 (1hour) 1610 – 1645 (35minutes) Origami session 1645 – 1705 (20minutes) Outdoor playing 1705 - 1715 Giving out of goodies bags and photo-taking with the children 1715 - 1725 Packing up 1725-1730 Debrief/Evaluation ~ Home Sweet Home ~ THe I/Cs are ~~~~~~ for deco, food Ics and emcees. Please submit a proposal of your budget and things that you need to buy by friday. Emcees, please write a script according to the programme flow.
