Tuesday, October 28, 2008 hi guides!! sorry for the delay xD well, those people who are not on the helper list please meet punctually at 12.20pm at the hall. You just need to arrange the chairs in this following format. Don’t worry. There will be SC teachers there to instruct you. In addition, you have to move a table from the canteen to the foyer which will be the registration counter.  For those who are on the helper list, please note that you are to leave class at 12.20pm and have your lunch. After that, be at your respective positions at 1pm in your full guides u. Those whose names are in bold are the ICs for each respective job. Hence please take attendance and report to tingxiang, who can be found at the registration counter, if anything is wrong (e.g. absence of someone). 1） Reception (held outside the library) a) People helping out: Glenda, Qing Yi, Yi Yao b) Role: i. In charge of preparing food ii. Serve invited guests and guests-of-honour iii. Set up by 3pm 2） Ushers a) People stationed at staircases to gallery(one each stairs): Qiu Yan, Yin Shan i. Role: crowd-control b) People along corridors to guide guests to LT2: Yan Ning, Jing Yi c) People in foyer: Jasmine, Yan Tong, Lydia, Zi Ning, Yee Sing, Cherie i. to guide guests and Guest-of-Honour to LT2 ii. bring the guests and Guest-of-Honour to the hall from the LT2 d) People in LT2 to monitor video: Gladys, Cheryl 3） Registration Counter a) People helping out: tingxiang, yuqing, jane 4） Backstage Crew a) People helping out: Fang Qi and Shin Fung don't forget! if don't understand, can go sch and ask. -tingxiang |
