RV BIG WALK & UG PARADE
Tuesday, November 10, 2009

hi guides,

The whole company will be down for either the RV Big Walk, where you have to distribute water bottles to people and to encourage them. This would take up 18 people, those who had volunteered earlier on, pls report ur names to main comm, through email or sms also can. =) U will remain as helper for big walk.

For the rest, u will be involved in the ug parade. For these, we will need 21 ppl. There will most likely be rehearsals for this parade which would most likely be in december. Any further details will be given at a later date.

The people for each duty hasn't been confirmed yet. Any further confirmation or details will be given at a later date.

For now, if u are a walker, and has already handed in ur consent form for it. Hmm, u need to tell the general office that u will need to withdraw. But rmb to explain it well, if not the school ppl might blame u. So, tell them that it is only now that u are informed that u are involved in guides duty on that day. So, u will need to withdraw.

I know PSLs have duty on that day, so nvm, it's ok.

Please take note. Enjoy ur holidays! =)

Thanks,
Amanda
