Wednesday, December 9, 2009 SWAMI CARNIVAL Most details are already listed in the consent form so pls refer to it if there are any queries but i will still post some of the basic details here. Date: 13 December 2009, Sunday Time: Stallleaders- 0830-1630 (8 CIP hours) Others- 0930-1630 (7 CIP hours) Venue: SWAMI Home, No. 5 Sembawang walk Attire: School PE shirt and Blue skirt There will be no transport provided throughout the activity. Guides have to make their own way there and fall in at 0930 at the Porch. Nearest MRT Station: Sembawang MRT How to go: After alighting at Sembawang MRT, take bus no. 856 to sembawang shopping ctr SWAMI Home is on the slope opposite it. For more info, check the net. Please be clear of your shifts (3 shifts in total) and stall you're tending as you will be required to fall in according to your shifts and stall no. those who are not tending the stall for a certain shift will volunteer at other areas and engage in act such as giving out flyers and guiding the crowd. you'll need to return to your stall once your shift starts. that's all for now, contact me at 81769193 if you have any queries see you there! sirui:) |
