Sunday, February 28, 2010  Same thing: year 3s and 4s, now you have 1 week to pick punk ah. Year 4s, please set a good example and pick punk too; you guys are the seniors so all the more you must work hard to show the juniors okay? On friday we have games day! *claps* First of all must apologise for not keeping our promise, because the main committee has really been very busy. We wanted to have one at the end of January, then the sec 1 open house came up. After that chinese new year. After that thinking day. After that we need start brushing up skills and prepare for ug camp. Then after ug camp need prepare for campfire. So it's really hard for us to put in a day for you guys to play games. Please do understand okay? :x And err I only have like 4 more days to plan the games. So erms, hope you guys won't mind :x Pris. Thursday, February 25, 2010  For year 3s and 4s, please try to pick punk! So sorry for late announcement :x Priscilla Thursday, February 18, 2010 Hi guides. As you know Thinking Day is coming!!! So, we will have a rehearsal (for the parade done in school) tml, Friday. We will be rehearsing with the scouts, and we need to fall in at the track at 2.20pm. Must be PUNCTUAL! We will form contingent first and do other admin stuff. Then we will start the rehearsal at 2.30pm. Please wear ur 2nd u tml. erm, i know there has been a sms sent out stating that the meeting time is at 2.30pm, it is now 2.20pm! pls take note! Please take this rehearsal SERIOUSLY, because this is the only rehearsal you will have before the actual parade. So, if you don't want to embarrass yourself and guides in front of the whole school on Monday, pls cherish this rehearsal and take note of all the things u need to rmb. Jiayous!! After the rehearsal, we will be heading to changkat changi (sorry i not sure of spelling) secondary school, it is near simei. Similarly, there will be transport back to school. This time, all divisions will gather there. So, we must perform well and ppl do ur best!! i'm sure u all can do it. u can familiarise urself with the whole performance, like what you must do for each formation. becoz i know it's has been a few days since the previous rehearsal, and u all might have forgotten. On sat, we will have our thinking day celebration at spore indoor stadium. There will be 2-way transport, just in case some of you are wondering. You have to wear full guides u on that day. =) Oh, rmb to sign and bring ur consent form tml. And, the other time, yiyao said abt emailing us ur suggestion for campfire theme. There are still quite a handful of ppl that didn't submit their ideas. It's long overdue, so pls submit to ur PL asap. Thanks a lot, and see ya tml! All reply slips must be returned by tomorrow, or your parents will be called. It will only be a one-way transport, so please make necessary arrangements for your way back home. Attire is 2nd uniform. Please assemble at the foyer by 2.40pm. This is considered an official act, so late-comers will be punished. Please bring along whatever you have brought on Tuesday (i.e. paintbrushes) Priscilla. Monday, February 1, 2010 Hi there!! All sec 2s and sec 3s will be going to commonwealth secondary school tml, except for corliss. Rmb to sign and hand in ur consent form tml. For the rest (5 ppl who went for the zhenghua thing), pls ask ur parents to write a letter to acknowledge that they do know about this thing and they do allow u to go for it.This is to replace the consent form. Pls meet at 3pm outside the general office. Attire for tml will be 2nd u, since u all will be painting. Rmb to bring paintbrushes and some ppl try to find and take whatever paint u need from the guides room before u go off. Other than that just bring along anything that u think u might need to use for the banner too.
