Thursday, May 20, 2010 Hi Guides, there a few things to take note of: 1. Interest Badges GRADING TEMPLATES are due tomorrow. Note to all: You are supposed to let a teacher grade your interest badge and fill up the template for you. The template can be found at http://www.4shared.com/file/YZHaC6pJ/Templates_for_Interest_Badges. Hand in the TEMPLATE to your PLs in the morning tomorrow. PLs are to pass the templates to Xue Hui by TOMORROW. 2. 4th of June 2010 Science Teacher’s Seminar event. THE WHOLE COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO GO, instead of the 10 people we’ve chosen on that day. Details are as follows: Date: 4th June 2010 Time: Fall in at 7.30am outside General Office Attire: FULL GUIDES UNIFORM As for the 10 people who’ve volunteered for this initially, you all will be helping out at another event that is under Mrs. Yap. Further notice will be given. 3. For people who are going for the Canvas Tent Training tomorrow: -Jia Xin -Yan Ning -Jia Qi -Wan Ru -Meng Ping -Corliss -Grace -Fiona Attire for tomorrow is 2nd Uniform. The new one with your blue cca skirt. Please meet at the foyer at 3pm sharp! REMINDER: There is NO CCA for the rest of the company. 4. By the way, I need one more person to join the Hula Hoop Race. So far all the people participating in the game are Year 1s. So preferably a year 1? (: Please tell me asap BY TOMORROW. I need a response urgently. |
