Hello Guides! :D
Few things to clarify over here. (:
1. Full Dress NDP Rehearsal this FRIDAY
- Full uniform, including beret
- white canvas shoes
- plait your hair
- Polish trefoil
we have to fall in together with the other UG by 3pm! I know lessons end at 2.30pm and it will be a little rush but jia you! Regarding the time for guides to fall in, Jia Qi will post together with the normal act (:
2. Guides Cookies Sale
I know some of you all have awesome sales but please start collecting your money! PLs will be collecting the money from you all on FRIDAY. Please make sure that you have the money with you. PLs please collate all the orders and the amount of money collected on the form that was given to you. Thanks.
3. Consent Form for CCA on Saturday, 31 July 2010
There is an initiative on this date and the whole company has to come back for cca. The consent form has been issued and your PLs should have passed it to you all today. Sorry Year 2s and Year 3s! I was supposed to pass them to you all today but I forgot :X Sorry!
Erm, I need you all to get it signed and done by FRIDAY too! PLs please collect from your patrol members (can be after NDP rehearsal for year 2 and 3 but please remember. Year 1s, please pass it to your PLs in the MORNING.)

4. You and I, We are the Same! Initiative
Since this is an interunit activity, guides from Jurong Secondary School and Jurongville Secondary will be joining us for this event. Since our school is hugeee, I’ll need people to be ushers, to guide them from outside the General Office (they will be gathering there) to the area outside the Guides Room.
Here are the list of people who will be ushers:

Ushers at the area outside Guides Room, near guides room area:

5. West Division Day Reflection
