Therefore only 30 guides will be going. We have already chosen the 30 people(you noe who you are). As mentioned in the briefing by mdm ong, there will be pre-evet prep. I need 10 guides to go for this pre-event prep. Wednesday, January 5, 2011 Guides! All of you will be down for UG exhibition tomorrow except for Wei Xuan. All of you will be split into two shifts for tomorrow. First shift: 12pm-1pm Duty roster of people: 1. Fire pit: Wan Ru, Corliss, Wei Xian, Emily 2. Man booth: Yan Ning, Qi Jia, Xue Hui 3. Approach Sec1s: Swallow, Flowerpecker and Dove year1s + jia xin, wenxi, grace, huei min, jing yi 4. Mobile helpers: Oriole Year1s Second Shift: 2.30pm-3.30pm Duty roster of people: 1. FIre pit: Meng Ping, Jia Qi, Fiona, Wen Su 2. Man Booth: Yan Ning, Dilys, Li Ting 3. Approach Sec1s: Sparrow and Kingfisher year1s + sherryl, si wai, kai xin, nicole, maxine, jia yan, marilyn 4. Mobile Helpers: Mynah year1s Duty: 1. For those helping out with the fire pit, the main job is to start a fire to roast the marshmallows. 2. For those who are manning the booth, you will be in charge of introducing the people about guides as well as introduce the "booth" which is our gateway structure. 3. Those walking around to approach the sec1s, take note of what we have mentioned the previous act, because you will be the ones explaining to them about guides! And you will have to give them the souvenirs and marshmallows. 4. Mobile helpers will have to help with the moving of things from one place to another. This job is important and tiring too! People helping out with the fire pit, the attire for tomorrow is guides polo tee and year 3 blue skirt. Other than these people, the attire for tomorrow will be Full Guides U. Please remember to make your satay star. We will be collecting it at 7.20am outside guides room tomorrow. Do not be late. The people involved for each shift, please leave class half an hour earlier to set up our booth and change into your attire. Meet outside Guides room with your Uniform first! -jiaqi CCA RESUMES!
