RVGG {♥} Be Prepared

This is the role of guides for Student Council Investiture. Please look through the whole flow of the investiture, don't just look at your own role. Please know what you guys have to do by monday(19th March) morning. Those who went on 14 March last wednesday's investiture rehearsal please go and contact your fellow guideswith the same role and inform them about their job or also allocate the workload accordingly.

Lastly, when u report to me(Yu Jing) before the rehearsal, please print out a copy of the attached document, it is essential for you guys to know the entire flow and also something to refer to.

1330-1400	Pre Registration	Registration booth	-To report in uniform. -To help set up registration booths outside auditorium. -3girl guides to be at Regi counter -2 girl guides to be at auditorium position
1400-1430	Registration of Rvians	Registration booth and usher	-Usher RV-ians in through respective doors and usher them to the seats allocated to RV-ians. -Make sure that they do not leave unnecessary spaces between them (Prevent confusion of seats).
1400-1445	Registration for Parents and Guests from other schools	Registration booth and usher	-Girl guides to usher guests to Regi counter -Girl guides to register and give out booklets& gifts -Girl guides to usher them to their seats in audi.
1445-1500	Waiting for arrival of GOH	Left front door	-1girl guide to standby at door -Girl guides/ PC in charge of ushering GOH to be on standby. Cue emcees when GOH is entering. (wave) -Some Girl guides ushering proceed to backstage to help out.
1500-1505	Arrival of GOH	Left Front Door	-Cue Emcee. Open the door upon cue of music.
1505-1510	Video of Past Achievements	Stage	-Get ready for Plaque Presentation - Get 2 guides to carry table(ARRANGE NICE NICE) [DON’T DROP] - Prepare 1 bearer(1 passing the Plaque to the Yiming from table)
1510-1515	Presentation of Plaques to Senior	Left Front Door Stage	-Usher Seniors up/down(1) - Presentation of plaque( 1 passing the Plaque to the Yiming from table)
1515-1520	Handover by Shaotan	Left Front Door	-Usher Shaotan up/down
1520-1525	March in of GSCs	Left Front Door	-Open Door cue by music

1525-1535	GOH Speech	Stage Left Front door	--Get ready for Certificate Presentation make sure certificates are on tray -Usher GOH down
1535-1555	Instalment of GSC	Left Front Door Stage Left Front Door	-Put trays on table -GG passing certificates to Mr Koh to usher Mr Koh into position. - Presentation of certificates(1 with tray, 1 passing the certificates to the GOH) -Usher Mr Koh down -One girl guide to stand near emcee
1555-1605	Instalment of CC	Left Front Door Stage	-GG passing certificates to GOH to usher GOH into position. - Presentation of certificates(1 with tray(with certs and badges), 1 passing the certificates to the GOH) -Usher GOH down
1605-1610	Badge Pinning And Pledge Taking
