Friday, June 29, 2012 Hey Guides! Please take note that we might have guides activties during the November holidays, so if you are planning to go overseas, please do not plan it on the first and last week of the holiday. Try to keep the two weeks free, especially on 20th October to 27th October. This is to facilitate in smoother planning for the dates of the activities, so that none of you will miss it. I believe that this reminder is given out quite early, so please refrain from planning anything on these dates. Also, this is a reminder regarding the year 2s and year 3s. To those who are interested in going for the international camp, please remember to ask your parents about it. Submit your names either to Yu Jia or Ms Loh during Tuesday's act if you are interested and have gained permission from your parents. Tomorrow will be the UG candlelight night, so please fall in at 12pm outside the guides room in 2nd u. To those who have not submitted their consent forms, please remember to bring it tomorrow. Thursday, June 28, 2012  Hi guides! This is the act for tomorrow. Reminders: Remember to bring your completed interest badge templates and the consent form tomorrow. Announcements: To year 1s: Instead of making mealbags next tuesday, we will be having an initiative. So take note that you girls do not have to bring your recycled materials next tuesday. Also, please bring along a pair of scissors,cardboard (any size), some old newspapers and pencil each for the preparation tomorrow. If you don't have some of the materials, it is okay. Monday, June 25, 2012  Hey guides! This is the act for tomorrow. Orchid and Swallow please report to the guides room at 2.45pm sharp (including the year ones of the two patrols) Some announcements: Candlelight Night will be on 30 June. So on that day (Saturday), everyone please report at 12pm sharp outside guides room in your 2nd U. The dry run and preparation will start at 12pm, followed by the UG appreciation dinner at 5.30pm and finally UG Candlelight Night at 7.30pm. Sunday, June 24, 2012 Hey Guides! There will be an UG Appreciation Dinner and Candlelit Night coming up soon, on 30th June (Saturday). The UG Appreciation Dinner will start at 5.30pm, right before Candlelit Night, which starts at 7pm. Attire for both UG Appreciation Dinner and Candlelit Night will be 2nd U. There will be a dry run for Candlelit Night on that day. The timing will be posted on Guides blog in the next post, so keep a look out for it. Do remember to prepare for your level's performance for Candlelit Night!
