Hello Guides!

Please refer to the act above for the schedule on Tuesday.
A few announcements and reminders:
  • Don't forget to bring the consent forms for the heritage trail as Yu Jia will be collecting them.
  • Also, do note that in the future acts, ALL guides are to wear the BLACK CCA tee. Wearing PE shirt/ the white guides tee will be counted as wrong attire.
  • Those who have gifts for your mortals, we will be setting up a corner for the game, so do bring your present along (If you have any). ^^
In view of the lack of space in guides room, please note that ALL bags will be placed outside the guides room and against the railings (starting from Tuesday's act onwards).

Hello guides,

Above is the act for Tuesday.
Hope you all are resting well after the camp.
Since we did not manage to have an outdoor cooking session during UG camp, there will be a make up session on tuesday. :)
Please remember to bring along all the food/mess tins/ materials that you all need for outdoor cooking. If some of the food has already been eaten, you might want to buy some again. Otherwise, you can consider sharing with other patrols, just make sure that there is enough food for everyone.
In case some of you have food that needs to be stored in the fridge, please sms me.
Also, please remember to wear PE shorts underneath your blue skirt.

To the year 1s: Ms Loh would like to talk to you girls, so please fall out after greet mdm.

Tomorrow will be our UG Camp. I do expect that all of us are well-prepared for these 3 days ahead! For tomorrow, fall in at 3pm outside the Guides Room in your 2nd U. Bring everything you need for the camp when you fall in tomorrow, including punk.

Just a reminder, Camp PLs, if you have not sent the updated attendance list for your patrol to Xiaoting, send it ASAP.

Hey guides ^^

First of all, a few announcements and reminders:

  1. Please be reminded to bring your health declaration forms as I will be collecting them tomorrow.
  2. To the year 2s, please kindly lend Daphne your home econs apron tomorrow, 7am outside guides room. (Only for those without lessons on friday)
  3. All guides who are going for SC investiture tomorrow (as audience/ class chairperson), please SMS and inform your PL about this.


For the year 3s, you will be doing a kitchen shelter tomorrow.



I'm sure not many of you know what a kitchen shelter is, but don't worry, it is basically just a structure that we build during camps as a temporary kitchen. This is an example of a kitchen shelter made by Nanyang Girls, so you all can refer to it as a 'guideline'. You may also refer to the guides handbook for more examples. Do note that it doesn't have to be as elaborated as this, just build one that is suitable for the following uses.
  • Wash Stand (for washing utensils and dishes etc)
  • Table (For cutting and putting things)
  • A place to throw all your rubbish
  • Sufficient place to put all pots/pans/plates
But of course, that is not all, you can choose to include more sections or functions in your kitchen
shelter. Try to be as creative as possible. :) You girls will be working in two separate groups:

Group 1 - Madeline, Tammy, Steffi, Yang Xue, Wei Gee
Group 2 - Pearlwin, Pei Pei, Cherith, Eilace, Fang Jen, Shin Neng

Please discuss and try to come up with a design tonight. You will be given around 5 mins for discussion tomorrow. If you have any queries, feel free to sms me. :)
