Please wake up. I'm not demoralizing you guys just one day before the rehearsal or anything, but really, wake up. 

You guys are working as one contingent, one team, and not one person. 

When you all time as a whole UG for the first 2 rehearsals, who were you all timing for? Are you all just timing for the sake of doing it? Because we say that you all have to? There is a reason why we had to time just now, it's not just timing for your own benefit, it's for everyone of us in the whole NDP UG contingents.

I heard many people shouting their lungs out when they time, while there's a few of you just time softly. 

It's about whether you all put in effort. 

These past rehearsals, I have heard people singing as loud as they can be, shouting as loud as they can be, while there's a few of you who are not even shouting. 

Think about it, your fellow sisters are screaming their lungs out and yet some of you are so selfish and only care about yourself? what about those who put in their heart and soul in the trainings? Those few of you who just care about yourself, you know who you are. Please look at the people around you in the contingent, your fellow guides have to shout even louder and make up for you just because you don't even try. 

Stop being self centered, spare a thought for those who have been putting in effort and doing their best all these weeks of preparations.

Just because of one of you who don't care about your sisters, the efforts of those who worked hard went down the drain just like that. It's not fair for those who have worked hard while some of you just don't treat NDP seriously.

Tomorrow is the day, I hope every one of you will buck up and always look out for one another. I also wish that you all will reflect upon your behavior and attitude these past weeks, and march with pride tomorrow.

We are one contingent, every single one of you is important. Be proud as a guide, we can do it as one contingent.
