Venue: Area outside auditorium
What to bring: Water bottle

Ms Zeng will need your help in the following:    

• Moving of tables and chairs prior to event
• Assist in setting up alumni booth
• Ushering from hostel gate to heritage centre
• Tour of school (only upon request)
• Refreshments logistics
• Clean up after event

Please also note that dinner will be provided :) You will have to take turns to have your dinner to ensure sufficient support at all times throughout event.
