Sunday, November 4, 2007 hello people! wonder why suddenly got a post rite! actually.. i jus wanna share sth with you all la.. haha.. today, i read somebody's blog.. den she keep expressing her love for her CCA.. haha.. dunno is it a good or a bad thing.. sometimes it jus seems lik we love our CCA because it's OUR CCA.. but tat isnt reali true rite..? everyone loves guides for different things ba.. i love it cos tat's the first thing that realli makes me feel lik working hard for it... it reali taught me alot.. sometimes, it's only when looking back den we realised how much we went thru together.. it's reali damn alot of stuff. rmb we sec1 tat time.. the first time i am made to sing twinkle twinkle little stars and hold my leg for so long the first time i tie some knots tat didnt even heard of it before the first time i realise ppl march is lik tat de the first time i go for UG camp the first time i got punished until reali CRY the first time i realised how much i love being in my patrol when i changed my patrol the first time i knew how fun guides can be with friends around rmb we sec2 tat time.. the first time i felt as if i am no longer a sec1, no longer a junior the first time i got involved in a campfire the first time i got into gateway the first time being a Ps the first time being an IC the first time i realised how much i love being in guides rmb this year tat time the first time i felt reali scared to see the seniors stepping down the first time i take on this position the first time i felt the determination and motivation and PASSION and urge to want to lead u all well the first time i fear for our PNA alot! the first time i learnt to treasure our friendship of all sec3s i had my FIRST TIME u had yours too so miracle rite! u see ah.. each level got 12 class, each class got around 32 ppl? den got 384 ppl u noe?! den out of this 384 ppl, we the special ones got together and form sth called a CCA!! mayb some tink very suay or sth.. haha.. but! it's FATED! wahahaha! mayb all of us hated guides before.. sure got de.. i oso got! mayb some feel sian coming to CCA.. sometimes i oso felt tis way.. i cant be sure tat i love everything in guides.. but at least i am trying to! ermm.. u all noe rite, seniors always tell us tat a level must be bonded and united.. last time, i tot i understood wat it meant.. but actually i dont.. u see ah.. how many of u can reali say it out loud tat ur level is bonded? in fact, none at all.. i always tot tat being bonded can be showed in ways lik cheering as a level. but actually it's alot more than tat! sometimes, being bonded is showing ur care for each and everyone small actions lik remind each other to bring sth, give morning call to ppl who will be late, offer to meet and contact others, wish them good luck before their competions and tests, let them drink your water if they have no more, try your best not to commit misatakes, tell them that they did a good job for all the things they done for guides and u can see tat they try their best for guides.. these are all very simple actions!! yet they touch our hearts. this year, i reali saw alot of sec3s trying their best for guides.. i noe alot ppl want to get PNA gold this year.. i oso want! but sometimes, i reali felt as though we are not trying our best. i noe we can do better. we reali can. this year, there are jus too many things to handle.. the planning for competitions and events.. such as the preparation of campfire took us alot of time.. this year we are quite focused on getting points for PNA.. u can see from the interest badge stuuf, unit initiatives, inter-unit initiatives, west div day, camp galore and alot more.. but somehow, dun u all feel tat as we concentrate on such stuff, we neglected our most fundamental skills tat we shld hav.. our skills reali lik haix...... i dun even tink i am in a position to say u all.. cos me myself oso cant make it.. sec3s ah.. we cannot let this go on anymore! someday we organise a training for all sec3s can? den we ask seniors come back can..? we seriously and desperately need it! ya let's do tat! wad dates in dec are u all are ok with? we hike tat time den discuss further!! remind me ah ya.. apart from getting gold, skills are reali very verY veRY vERY VERY impt.. so wat that if we reali got a PNA gold and our skills are not even up to standard as compared to other schools tat oso got gold? if others can managed both well! so can we! and ya.. everyone do so many things and contributed so much is not onli for the sake of tat *GOLD*.. it's for doing guides proud and to see the fruits of our labour! even if we dun get it rite, still got next year! if not next next year.. still cannot den next next next year! and the day is coming soon! i can see it! haha.. reali leh.. last year i tot we will get.. after doin so many hours of cip.. -_- but nvm rite! let's make our unfulfilled dream come true! WAHAHAHA! my favourite line: we CAN do it and we WILL do it jiayou ppl!! we can de! and today the hike reali mad one.. made me run until muscle ache.. alot ppl oso rite.. so hav a good rest! goodnite ppl!! U ALL LOVE GUIDES TOO RITE?!! wahahhaha... yimin, and i love guides |
