Remember the company briefing that we (year 1s and Year 3s) had with Mdm Ong the other day? There are a few things that need to be settled and clarified before certain dates.

1. Crime prevention badge
- all the year 2s will be going for the course and the test.

2. Health Trooper Badge
- All the Year 1s will be going for the badge

I need to know the people who want to go by: 6 July

3. Empathy Project
Date: 4 September 2010 (first Saturday of the September holidays)
Time: 9am – 12nn
Number of guides who can go: 2 teams of 8

Basically, this is going to a welfare home to serve a minimum of 15 hours of community service programme.
15 hours will include:
-Official launch (3 hours)
-Planning and preparation for the visit (8 hours)
-Actual visit to the home (4 hours)
* Please be prepared to sacrifice around 4 days of your September holidays for this. However, this will be counted as the End Of Year Service Learning. So if you’ve completed the 15 hours now, you’ll have 15 hours less to do at the end of the year (;

4. Camp Galore
Date: 30 November 2010 (Tuesday)
Time: 8am – 3pmNumber of guides who can go: 2 (one team)
* This is only applicable for people who have attained the pioneer badge

This is something like an outdoor cooking camp. (:

5. Patrol Leader’s Training Camp
Date: 6 – 8 August 2010

A training camp for patrol leaders, which means both PLs and PSs.

6. Pioneer Test
There will be a total of 5 guides from Year 3s who will take the Pioneer Badge test together with the year 4s who have yet to take it.
People who need to go (compulsory): Corliss, Wan Ru, Jia Qi, Yan Ning, _____
I need one more person to go for this test as well.
However, we need to set a date for this test. When do you all want it? (:
